Park Estates was founded in 1995 for the purpose of purchasing and restoring classic Lansing homes and leasing them to single families in the Moores Park Area and Lansing's east side neighborhoods.
We specialize in property remodeling, making every attempt to restore each property to its original condition in the spirit of the initial design and historic era.

This area has been home to the owner of Park Estates for more than 40 years. A Lansing native, he is dedicated to preserving the neighborhoods he grew up in and the houses he remembers from his youth.
The owner is a licensed real estate agent with a wide range of real estate and property management experience and is committed to improving and maintaining his properties. This is evident in the hardwood floors, landscaping and quality cabinetry in the homes. Currently, Park Estates owns and leases numerous single family homes.
The Lansing area is a center for educational, cultural, government and high-tech manufacturing institutions. We are home to three medical schools, two law schools and Michigan State University. Lansing is also the State Capital and home to the Supreme Court, an appellate court, a federal court, and the Library of Michigan and Historical Center.
